I finished the scarf for my stepfather today.....after starting it a billion times. I finally settled on a basic seed stitch...hopefully that counts as "dressy"....since I have no idea what he means by it. I decided I wanted a reversible pattern because who checks to see if the front side of their scarf is showing (ok, some of you might...but non-knitters, especially MALE non-knitters, wouldn't give a damn).
